Zia Khan is the Senior Vice President for Innovation at The Rockefeller Foundation, where he oversees the Foundation’s approach to developing solutions that create transformative impacts on people’s lives through novel technologies and techniques. Before joining the Foundation, he led the San Francisco office at Katzenbach Partners, advising clients on leadership, strategy, and organizational performance, and co-authored the book Leading Outside the Lines.
