Mei Lin Fung

Co-Chair & Co-Founder, People-Centered Internet

Mei Lin Fung is Co-Chair of the People-Centered Internet, which she co-founded with Vint Cerf. Fung chairs the IEEE Technical Committee on Sustainability and has served on the IEEE Humanitarian Activities Committee’s Executive Committee. Fung is a member of the GovStack Advisory Council and co-chaired the UN Women Commission's Expert Roundtable. 

Author of 14 policy briefs for Germany, Japan, and Italy's G7 Think7 process, Fung’s career includes roles at Oracle, Intel, Shell, and as a U.S. Department of Defense contractor. Fung is a Fellow at the Hasso Plattner Institute and a key contributor to global digital policy.
