Dominic Williams is the Founder and Chief Scientist at the DFINITY Foundation, established in Zürich, Switzerland, in 2016, which is currently the largest blockchain tech and cryptography employer in Switzerland and the DACH Region. The DFINITY Foundation is the primary developer of technology used to power the Internet Computer (ICP), a third generation blockchain. A third generation blockchain plays the role of smart contract cloud – an alternative IT stack – where it is possible to host systems, services and AI end-to-end on blockchain in the mode of full stack decentralization.
