
Alix Fraser
Vice President, Technology Reform, Issue One
Alix Fraser leads the Technology Reform program at Issue One, and directs the Council for Responsible Social Media. In his role, Alix leads a crosspartisan group of leaders working to address the threats that social media platforms pose to American society--by driving legislative and policy changes at the federal and state levels. Prior to coming to Issue One, Alix led advocacy and electoral campaigns in California. He spent nearly a decade in foreign policy, working at the State Department, U.S. Senate, and several nonprofits. During his foreign policy career, Alix primarily focused on improving democratic institutions and human rights conditions internationally. Alix earned his BA in international development from UC Berkeley and his MA in international affairs from The George Washington University.
